A new 4-week ladies kizomba series just for you!
Based on interest, we will have a 4 week series, exclusively for ladies, during which we will work on the following (and more, based on your input!)
- Ladies footwork and step control
- Balance
- Active following - how to keep up and improve your response times
- Styling and body movement
- Basics of leading (for understanding and improving your technique as a follow)
